4. Terms of Service

4.1 Service Description

Revvel operates an online event ticketing platform that connects event organizers ("Vendors") with ticket buyers ("Customers"). We facilitate ticket sales, payment processing, and event management.

4.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

4.3 User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person or business per account (no sharing)

4.4 Ticket Purchases

• Payment: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase
• Delivery: Tickets are delivered via email and optionally WhatsApp
• Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person (subject to event organizer policies)
• Refunds: Refund policies are set by event organizers. Platform fees are non-refundable.

4.5 Event Organizer Obligations

• Provide accurate event information (date, time, venue, pricing)
• Honor all ticket sales and admit valid ticket holders
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Process refunds according to stated policies
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

• Customer Service Fee: Displayed at checkout (typically 5-10%)
• Vendor Platform Fee: Deducted from vendor payouts (typically 3-8%)
• Payment Processing Fees: Stripe fees apply (vary by region)

5.2 Vendor Payouts

• Payouts are processed according to the vendor's payout schedule
• Minimum payout threshold may apply
• Funds are held in escrow until events are completed
• Disputes may delay payouts pending resolution

6. Liability Limitations

Platform Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.

Event Cancellations: We are not responsible for events cancelled or postponed by organizers. Refunds are subject to organizer policies.

Third-Party Services: We are not liable for failures or issues with third-party services (Stripe, email providers, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Revvel Technologies Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not use our branding or content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent ticket sales or purchases
• Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Creating duplicate or fake accounts
• Reselling tickets above face value (where prohibited by law)
• Using the platform for illegal activities

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Mediation: Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
Arbitration: Binding arbitration may be required for unresolved disputes.
Small Claims: You may pursue claims in small claims court.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
