Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Revvel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

When you purchase tickets through Revvel: • You are entering into a transaction with the event organizer, not Revvel • Ticket availability and pricing are set by event organizers • All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or the organizer offers refunds • You may not resell tickets above face value unless permitted by the event organizer • Tickets are for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization We act as a platform connecting you with event organizers and are not responsible for the events themselves.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to: • Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred • Pay any applicable taxes and service fees • Provide valid payment information Service fees are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled. Revvel reserves the right to change fees at any time with notice.

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Generally: • If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund including service fees • If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date • Refund requests for other reasons are subject to the organizer's refund policy • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days Please review the refund policy on the event page before purchasing tickets.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Using the Service for fraudulent purposes • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service • Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to access the Service • Reselling tickets in violation of event organizer policies • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content • Infringing on intellectual property rights Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Revvel provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not responsible for the conduct of event organizers or attendees • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ticket We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through: • First, informal negotiation in good faith • If unresolved, binding arbitration in Copenhagen, Denmark • Danish courts have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Revvel.
